CONSULTATIONS
contact secure your date and time for your one-hour consultation with GreenWear. 

START DESIGNING
At the consultation, a 50% deposit fee of the total amount is required to begin the design(s) . If there is no payment within 24 hours of the consultation, your slot may be filled.
(SEREAL will only start on the order when the non-refundable deposit has been made)

IN-PRODUCTION 
Once order is placed and put in production, client may not change the design or an additional $50+ will be added to the total cost.

FITTINGS 
Client is entitled to three fittings located at GreenWear's place of business
(GreenWear will not meet outside of place of business for fittings)

Client is limited to two guest at each fitting 
(All children attending must be supervised)

Fittings are one hour or less. During this time, GreenWear will make adjustments to the garment(s). Client may ask for minor changes if needed. Client must pay 50% of their remaining balance at the 2nd fitting. Client will have to sign a separate agreement stating that they are pleased with the progression of their garment at the end of each fitting. Client will pay the remaining balance at the final fitting and sign a separate agreement stating that they are pleased with the completed garment.

SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS 
All appointments must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance prior to the event. If needing more than two pieces for your event, please schedule your consultation at least one months in advance. 
(Rush orders needed in less than two week will be an extra $25+ added to the total cost)

DISCLAIMER
If client is unsatisfied after signing all paperwork saying they are satisfied, he or she will not receive a refund of payments.GreenWear has a right to stop production at any time due to consistent disrespect or negativity after attempts to please the client.

Greenwear will not guarantee to copy or exactly replicate the design of another designer's custom design.GreenWear has her own way of creating and will only be able to create her own designs. Thank you for trusting and respecting the work of Greenwear.
